decision-making appropriate to ST3 level. Excellent communication skills able to liaise clearly with patients, families,

and colleagues. Team player mindset works well within a multidisciplinary team and under supervision. Organisational and

time management skills able to prioritise workload effectively in a busy environment. A clear interest in respiratory

medicine and a desire to develop experience and knowledge in the specialty. Commitment to learning and service

improvement participates in training, audit, and teaching activities. Professionalism and a patient-centred approach
