Resident Engagement Assistant

About the Role

The Resident Engagement Assistant supports the day-to-day running of the service by helping to create a safe, clean, and

positive living environment for residents. Working alongside Support Workers, the focuses on practical assistance,

resident engagement, and promoting independence through everyday living activities. The post holder will contribute to

maintaining high standards within the accommodation while encouraging residents to take pride in their home and

participate in community life.

This complements but does not replace the formal support function delivered by Support Workers.
