Residential Childcare Worker

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker at Llamau, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to

young people aged 11 to 18. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and empowering home environment where young people can

thrive emotionally, socially, and physically.

You will work closely with families, external agencies, and professionals to ensure each young person receives the best

possible care and opportunities. Using trauma-informed and psychologically led approaches, you’ll support young people

in a kind, empathetic, and child-centred way.
