About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Support Worker to join our Supported Living team, providing high-quality

care and support to young people aged 16–18. You will play a key role in promoting independence, life skills, and

personal growth while ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support to young people in supported living.

* Encourage independence by supporting with budgeting, cooking, education, training, and employment.
