About the Role

Role Purpose

Harmony House is seeking an experienced, values-driven Registered Manager to lead our two-bed children’s residential

home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This pivotal leadership role is responsible for delivering safe, trauma-informed, therapeutically aligned care. You will

provide both strategic and operational leadership, ensuring excellence in safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and

quality assurance.
