About the Role
Ideal candidates will bring the skills needed to help create a nurturing and structured environment where young people
who have experienced trauma can develop emotionally, socially, and educationally.
We are looking for individuals who:
Remain calm under pressure and respond confidently to challenging behaviour.
Communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
Hold, or are working towards, a Level 2 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (desirable).
