About the Role
A Kent-based children and young people’s care provider is now looking for an enthusiastic Residential Support Worker to
help provide outstanding residential care in Dover. The team provides safe, stable and nurturing homes for looked-after
children and young people, with a focus on small low-occupancy services to personalise wellbeing and healthy lifestyle
support as much as possible. Depending on your experience, you could join the team as a:
* Residential Support Worker
* Senior Residential Support Worker
