About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care and emotional support.
• Build positive, trusting relationships as a role model.
• Support daily routines, including education and personal care.
• Encourage independence through essential life skills.
• Follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
• Promote safeguarding and ensure safety at all times.
• Plan and participate in activities and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

• Experience in residential care or support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with professionals.
