About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be promoting the personal, educational and social development of young people

aged between 11 and 17 in a residential setting. Programmes aim to engage young people, redress inequalities, value

opinions and empower individuals to take action on issues affecting their lives, including health, education,

unemployment and the environment, by developing positive skills and attitudes.

Residential support workers' roles vary greatly, but typical activities involve:

- assessing the needs of young people, and planning and delivering programmes
