About the Role
We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a brand-new solo EBD children’s home supporting one young person
on a 2:1 staffing ratio.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new home from the very beginning, where relationships, care and
consistency come first.
Salary: £13 per hour | £60 per sleep
Hours: 165–173 hours per month (including 2 monthly team meetings)
