About the Role
Residential support workers required in a new supported accommodation opening in Eastbourne to work with adults with
high functioning residents with mental health and some learning disability. The purpose of the Support Worker role is to
work collaboratively with residents, enabling them to live independent and fulfilling lives. This involves providing
tailored support in daily living, fostering positive relationships, promoting autonomy and choice, and offering
specialised care for a one resident who is deaf.
