Location: Mainstream Primary School, Coventry Contract: Full Time (8:30-15:30 Monday - Friday) Salary: Paid to Scale -

experience dependant The Role: As a Resource Base TA, you will provide essential support for children with complex

needs, helping them access learning through play, structured activities, and personalised interventions. You will also

support children with personal care, emotional regulation, and social development, ensuring they are ready and able to

engage with the curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one or small group support for children with complex

needs Assist with personal care, including toileting, feeding, and hygiene where required Support children’s learning
