Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialist
About the Role
In line with the Trusts Annual Business Plan you will provide a high quality advanced expert nursing/midwifery practice
and cost-effective service to patients requiring routine and emergency care, from outpatients, pre-admission through to
discharge and review at home. To care and manage patients with COPD & asthma in conjunction with the multidisciplinary
team Patient education & information in relation to their respiratory condition Provide diagnostic and interpret tests,
including spirometry, to ensure accurate treatment plans To work as part of a COPD/Asthma MDT to provide integrated
service for COPD/Asthma patients including those patients who require oxygen therapy Working in conjunction with
