About the Role
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Practice and Care Delivery Deliver respiratory clinics for patients with asthma, COPD and
other respiratory conditions within agreed scope of practice. Undertake holistic assessment, care planning, treatment
optimisation and review for patients with chronic respiratory disease. Provide follow-up support for patients after
exacerbations or hospital discharge, including home visits where clinically appropriate. Contribute to respiratory
diagnostic activity, including spirometry and FeNO testing, where competent and trained. Identify patients who may
benefit from pulmonary rehabilitation, smoking cessation support, home oxygen assessment or other specialist input, and
