About the Role
The post holder will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders involved in the provision of
integrated care, to ensure joined up care for patients across acute, community, primary and secondary care settings. A
collaborative approach ensures a comprehensive patient centred service is provided.
This post would suit a Nurse looking to develop their respiratory knowledge base and gain experience in delivering
Integrated Respiratory Care. The post holder will develop a good working knowledge in the diagnosis and management of
Asthma and COPD, hone their clinical assessment skills and experience working as an autonomous practitioner.
