Respiratory Practitioner (Nurse / Physiotherapist)

About the Role

The overall service aims to manage exacerbations, provide education, support and treatment to patients across

Oxfordshire with a variety of respiratory conditions but main focus is COPD and asthma. Our primary aim is to promote

client/patient self-management at home and prevent hospital admissions. This is delivered via an in-reach hospital

service, community /Home Oxygen assessment and review service and a countywide Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service. All

applicants will have excellent communication skills and be able to work autonomously, seeking support as required. The

current service hours are Monday - Friday 08.30-16.30. Please note that these hours maybe reviewed in the future.
