Work within a multidisciplinary respiratory team to deliver community respiratory service in West Hertfordshire

providing specialist services including hospital at home (admission avoidance and early supported discharge scheme and

Virtual Hospital), home oxygen assessment & review service, home visits to provide expert specialist care to patients

with OSA, COPD, Asthma, Bronchiectasis, and ILD.
