About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The TB Specialist Nurse plays a vital role in Public Health, focusing on the prevention, management and control of TB
within the community & in-patient setting. They will coordinate a nurse-led Tuberculosis (TB) prevention & management
service; providing contact tracing, raising awareness, risk assessment and screening and where appropriate; vaccination
for TB and referral of Latent TB patients to the wider TB service, for treatment. The role will involve management of
treatment for those with non-complex Latent TB infection. Please see employer website for full job details & person
