The Role:
At NEXT we have a great opportunity for a Reward Analys t to join our Head Office HR team in Leicestershire. Reporting
to the HR Data Manager, the Reward Analyst will play an essential role in supporting HR teams to make informed decisions
around compensation and plan strategically, led by market data. You will help bring to life our reward strategy across
all business areas.
