About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will support and monitor patients with rheumatology conditions to include those patients being assessed
for biological therapies. The post holder will be required to act as a link with the primary and secondary care setting
and provide a source of specialist knowledge and clinical skills enabling through various agencies, appropriate care and
support for the patients, their families and carers.
