About the Role
This role involves managing patients through the assessment and treatment stages of their disease and includes:
Providing education, advice and monitoring for patients with a wide range of rheumatological autoimmune diseases.
On-going surveillance and efficacy assessment of disease management with appropriate medical intervention. Undertake
nurse led clinics. Assisting with associated research studies. Providing support for both patients and their families in
both the hospital and community setting.
