About the Role
Clinical Responsibilities/Key Responsibilities - To provide a friendly, welcoming and professional first point of
contact on the telephone. - Deal with calls and emails in a timely manner taking appropriate action as required.
Triaging contacts to the advice line . Providing non clinical information and recognizing when to redirect and book
patients in for a nurse consultation - To book patients into call back clinics using the hospital IT systems accurately
- To record all contacts to the advice line and update patient records accordingly - To adhere to all Trust policies and
procedures - To support the nursing team with the organization and booking of patients for group training sessions - To
