About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to join a leading care home in Bangor, Northern Ireland. This role involves providing exceptional nursing care, particularly for residents with dementia, while leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
• Produce well-developed care plans and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
• Oversee medicine management in accordance with policies
• Utilise clinical skills to guide and support team members
• Make timely decisions and take appropriate actions
• Support and mentor others in line with the NMC Code

Requirements

• Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin
• Ability to lead and engage a team of care staff
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Understanding of CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
• Experience delivering nursing care in a clinical environment

Compensation

The successful Nurse will earn £20.33 per hour, with an annual salary up to £46,515.04. Permanent vacancies are available for both days and night shifts.

Location & Schedule

Position based in Bangor, Northern Ireland, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.
