About the Role
To assess plan implement and evaluate programmes of care. To work as a member of a team helping to support student
nurses, support staff and more junior members of staff. Key Result Areas: Clinical & Patient Care To ensure that
comprehensive nursing assessments are carried out for all assigned patients, reflecting patients identified needs. To
ensure that each allocated patient has a comprehensive, clear and up to date plan of care, with specified objectives,
designed to meet the individuals identified care needs. To ensure that patient care is delivered in a manner consistent
with available local guidelines relating to care pathways To ensure patients are aware of the content of their care
