About the Role
As an RMN Unit Manager, you will lead an established ward team, ensuring high-quality nursing care and compliance with statutory regulations in a specialist mental health hospital.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the ward team effectively.
- Ensure safe staffing levels and quality care delivery.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary assessments and planning.
- Undertake direct patient care as needed.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Provide Senior Nurse on Call cover as required.
Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC Pin.
- Experience in leading ward teams is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Experience in a PICU setting is advantageous.

Compensation
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,024 per annum.
Location & Schedule
This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
