About the Role
As the Ward Manager, you will lead a rehabilitation unit, providing clinical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment for staff and service users.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise.
- Guide and support nursing staff effectively.

- Act as an expert resource on nursing care.
Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with active NMC Pin.
- Proven leadership skills and relevant experience.
- Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.

Compensation
The successful Ward Manager will receive a salary of up to £50,000 per annum.
Location & Schedule
This is a permanent full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week in Walton on the Hill, Surrey.
