About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a dedicated RMN or RNLD Nurse has arisen in Hook, Hampshire. Join one of the UK's leading healthcare providers to support patients in community-based activities as part of their treatment programme, guiding them through their discharge pathway towards a community placement.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care for mental illness and personality disorders.
- Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement.
- Follow codes of conduct and promote ethical practice.
- Contribute to patient assessments and care plans.
- Lead shifts and mentor student nurses and team members.
Requirements
- Qualified RMN or RNLD Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
- Excellent team working and self-motivation skills.
- Flexible approach to patient care.
- Commitment to patient-centred and evidence-based practice.
- Drive for personal learning and development.

Compensation
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £36,296 - £39,511.68 per annum, depending on experience.
Location & Schedule
