About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse has emerged at a leading care home in Bangor, Northern Ireland. This role involves providing exceptional 24-hour nursing dementia care, leading a team, and ensuring high standards of care and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to deliver exceptional care
- Produce well-developed care plans and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
- Oversee medicine management in accordance with policies
- Utilise clinical skills to support team members
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively
- Understanding of CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
- Experience in delivering nursing care in clinical settings
- Passionate about supporting residents and families

Compensation
The successful Nurse will earn £20.33 per hour, with an annual salary up to £46,515.04.
Location & Schedule
Permanent vacancies available for both day and night shifts in Bangor, Northern Ireland.
