About the Role
St Georges has a long-established paediatric hematology service caring for children with haemoglobinopathies, hemophilia
and other inherited or long-term non-cancer blood disorders across SW London, Surrey and Sussex areas. This is the first
appointment of a NonMalignant/ Haemoglobinopathies paediatric nurse specialist.The post is supported by Roald Dahls
Marvellous Childrens Charity, bringing its experience in supporting nurses looking after children with long-term health
conditions. As a Roald Dahl nurse the post holder will network with other Roald Dahl non-malignant hematology nurses,
have support forprofessional development and attend the annual Roald Dahl nursing conference.The nurse will work as part
