About the Role

Homerton Neonatal Unit, in partnership with Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity, is establishing a pioneering

Band 8a Neonatal Nurse Specialist role to lead care for neonates with complex medical needs (CMC) across North East

London. This specialist position will transform pathways for medically complex babies by providing expert clinical

leadership from antenatal diagnosis through neonatal intensive care and into children’s services.

Working at a senior, autonomous level, you will:

• Act as a clinical expert and system leader for neonatal medical complexity.
