Roaming Recruitment Officer
About the Role
Restful Homes Group are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer on a part-time basis (22.5 hrs per week over three
days). The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting and assessing talent across our multi-site
care home group. This includes clinical and non-clinical roles such as carers, nurses, domestic, kitchen, maintenance
and administrative staff. This key role covers attracting and sourcing candidates, managing the candidate journey from
application through to interview and in line with legislative, policies and CQC requirements. You will work closely with
Home Administrators and senior management, providing recruitment expertise and hands-on support across all sites.
