About the Role

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in East London (E3 – Bow area).

We are seeking an experienced Room Leader to lead the Baby Room (Under 2s). This is a full-time, all-year-round role

suited to a confident early years professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience with under 2s.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the baby room on a day-to-day basis

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
