Room Leader - Northampton

About the Role

The Role: We are looking for a caring, confident leader with strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for

supporting young children, to work as a Room Leader within one of partner Nurseries in Northamtpon. As Room Leader for

the 0-2s, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the baby and toddler room. You'll lead a small team to provide a

calm, loving, and stimulating environment, supporting each child's physical, emotional, and developmental milestones.

You'll take responsibility for planning activities, observing progress, communicating with parents, and ensuring the

highest standards of safety and care are maintained throughout the day. The Setting: The Nursery is a warm, family-run
