About the Role
The Room Leader is responsible to the Manager and Deputy Manager Their duties will be that of a Key Worker with extra
responsibilities. One of which is . Responsibilities for this position includes being a role model to the staff you are
working with, taking the lead in decision making regarding the planning, room management and delegating and time
management within your room. Making sure that new staff within your room are aware of the routine, any health care plans
or children with allergies or specific needs. Extra responsibilities will include: Adhering to the Policies & Procedures
of Peter Pan Pre-School and Nursery, ensuring compliance with the Children Act, Health and Safety legislation, all
