About the Role
Banana Moon Kempston is a thriving nursery looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivational Senior to lead our
PreSchool room. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead a setting where we focus on encouraging children to be
children, learning through fun and engaging play. You will be working with a dedicated team in a caring, family
friendly, characterful, and stimulating environment which is inviting to children, families, and staff.
The Pre School Senior will have responsibility as a Room Leader alongside supporting the management with leadership of
the team in the daily running of the nursery.
