Are you an experienced Senior Nursery Nurse or Room Leader looking to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a strong, confident Room Leader to head up a department within a high-quality nursery in Reading. In

this role, you will lead by example, mentoring a team of practitioners while ensuring the highest standards of care and

education are delivered in line with the EYFS.

This is a perfect opportunity for a Level 3 qualified practitioner ready to manage their own room and shape the learning

environment.
