About the Role

Acorn Early Years is seeking a passionate Room Leader (Senior Practitioner) to join our nursery in Stanwick, Northamptonshire. This full-time role involves providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children, fostering their development in a nurturing environment. You will play a key role in supporting colleagues and building strong relationships with families. A £1000 recruitment bonus is offered after a successful probation period.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences.
  • Create a stimulating environment for children.
  • Support and motivate colleagues in their roles.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
  • Ensure compliance with EYTS framework and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
  • Experience in an Early Years setting.
  • Knowledge of EYTS framework and safeguarding.
  • Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and creative play.
  • Desirable experience in leading a room or mentoring.

Location & Schedule
