About the Role
Acorn Early Years is seeking a passionate Room Leader (Senior Practitioner) to join our nursery in Stanwick, Northamptonshire. This full-time role involves providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children, fostering their development in a nurturing environment. You will play a key role in supporting colleagues and building strong relationships with families. A £1000 recruitment bonus is offered after a successful probation period.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and learning experiences.
- Create a stimulating environment for children.
- Support and motivate colleagues in their roles.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Ensure compliance with EYTS framework and safeguarding procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
- Experience in an Early Years setting.
- Knowledge of EYTS framework and safeguarding.
- Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and creative play.
- Desirable experience in leading a room or mentoring.
