ideal candidate must have excellent team building, communication and organisational skills. Person Specification: NVQ

level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent Good working knowledge of EYFS curriculum and planning Basic Food Hygiene

Certificate (Desirable) Paediatric First Aid (Desirable) Some of the Room Leader responsibilities will include: Leading

by example and directing room staff and apprentices, ensuring correct adult/child ratios are maintained. To carry out

daily risk assessments and ensure children are cared for in a safe stimulating environment. Key worker responsibilities
