About the Role
Room Leader – Full-time, permanent role starting February 2026 This nursery provides a warm, nurturing, and stimulating
environment where young children feel safe, supported, and eager to explore. Staff build positive relationships with
children and plan purposeful activities that promote early communication, independence, and curiosity. Leaders work
closely with practitioners to maintain high standards of care and learning, ensuring children make steady progress in
