Preschool/Nursery Room Leader Location: South West London (SW19) Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 per annum Hours: 40–45 hours

per week between 8:00am and 6.00 pm shifts, 51 weeks of the year Contract: Full Time, Permanent Reports to: Nursery

confident and passionate Room Leader. This is a key leadership role, responsible for delivering outstanding early years

education, ensuring children are school ready, and maintaining high standards across the nursery. While primarily based

in the Preschool room, flexibility is essential—you will also support and lead other rooms as needed, ensuring smooth
