About the Role
1. Rota Planning and Management (Day-to-Day Responsibility) Create, manage and maintain rotas for: GPs Nursing team ARRS
roles Students and trainees Phlebotomy and other relevant staff Administrative staff Extended Access Services Ensure
rotas meet contractual, safety and service requirements Make real-time adjustments to cover sickness, leave or
unexpected absence Collate and maintain GP On-Call Rota across both sites 2. Leave, Absence and Cover Record and manage
annual leave requests in line with agreed policies Coordinate locum and internal cover where required Escalate staffing
risks or gaps promptly to the Assistant Practice Manager 3. Communication and Coordination Act as a central point of
