Rotational Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6 to Band 7 Progression)

About the Role

The Hillingdon Hospital is seeking a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist to join its dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity for progression from Band 6 to Band 7, allowing experienced pharmacists to engage in both departmental and ward-based duties while ensuring compliance with medicines legislation and enhancing patient care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with medicines legislation.
• Provide safe and legal medication to patients.
• Lead pharmacist within the clinical specialty on rotation.
• Participate in clinical pharmacy service delivery.
• Support the Pharmacist Team Leader professionally.

Requirements

• Experience as a pharmacist in a clinical setting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Competence in various aspects of pharmacy services.
