Rotational Clinical Pharmacist

About the Role

As a clinical pharmacist working on the wards, you will demonstrate the ability to provide safe, clinically effective

and cost efficient use of medicines to in patients. To provide a routine clinical pharmacy services to the wards,

including prescription monitoring To provide pharmaceutical information and advice to medical and nursing staff and

patients on the wards To demonstrate a good core clinical knowledge. To enhance and monitor the quality of patient care

To demonstrate a whole-system patient-focused approach. To demonstrate good level of clinical reasoning and judgement.

To liaise with other clinical pharmacists to ensure efficient transfer of medicine related care. To counsel patients on
