Rotational Clinical Pharmacist
About the Role
Post holders will be required to communicate with the business unit lead pharmacists, supporting with adherence to KPIs,
achievement of cost reduction initiatives and medicines management audit feedback.Communication within the clinical MDT
is essential and requires the post holder to become an integral part of the team to support patient safety, medicines
optimisation and promote efficient discharge. They must have skills for analysing and interpreting medicines
information, prescriptions and patient information. Post holders will be responsible for arranging their workload,
requesting support and advice when needed and ensuring they uphold the RPS pharmacist standards. They will offer support
