About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and adaptable Pharmacists who can demonstrate that they meet our Trust Values. You

must be able to work as part of the Pharmacy and wider multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellent pharmaceutical care

and services to our patients.

At this time we are looking for candidates who are currently registered with the GPhC as Pharmacists.

To provide pharmaceutical services as required in each section of the rotation

To provide a clinical pharmacy service to allocated wards
