About the Role

Be a qualified pharmacy technician seeking to gain further experience whilst carrying out a broad range of duties

including drug history taking, assessment of patient’s own drugs supply of medicines, supply of medicines, dispensing

and issuing of medicines, procurement and distribution and stock control within the Pharmacy Department and across the

Trust.

Undertake further education and training to advance the role of Pharmacy Technicians within the department.

Support the work of the main dispensary in the provision of an extended hour’s service.
