About the Role

We are seeking a Waking Night Residential Support Worker for our home in Tyldesley, where we support 4 Adults with

autism and learning disabilities.

Tyldesley is one of our new purpose built, state of the art residential homes supporting 4 adults with autism and

learning disabilities to be independent and achieve their own individual outcomes.

As a Waking Nights Residential Support Worker, you will empower and promote independence in the people we support during

the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will lead by example, maintaining the highest standards
