JOB DESCRIPTION SALARIED GENERAL PRACTITIONER Reporting to GP Partners and the Management team on organisational and

administrative issues Accountable to GP Partners Hours of work 6 - 8 sessions per week Days of work Monday Friday on a

set rota basis to include on-call sessions Contract type BMA permanent part time/ full salaried GP Role summary Provide

general medical services for the practice population to a high standard dealing with a wide range of health needs in a

primary care setting. Comply with the practices GMS contract, DES and LES contracts and adhere to the principles of good

medical practice. Location Heath Lane Medical Centre, Chester, CH3 5UJ Salary In line with recognised pay scales
