About the Role
Clinical Care Provide high-quality medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of a wide
range of medical conditions. Conduct routine consultations, health checks, and preventative healthcare services,
ensuring comprehensive care for individuals and families. Provide care for patients with long-term conditions, including
chronic disease management, and implement care plans in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
Prescribe medication, tests, and investigations according to guidelines and clinical judgment. Undertake home visits
