About the Role

Purpose of Job To deal with a wide range of health care needs in the primary care setting, providing medical services to

patients and such other duties as reasonable delegated to you by the Practice, that are required of the Practice in

providing services under Personal Medical Service (PMS) Regulations. Main Duties In accordance with the Practice

timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will make themselves available to undertake a variety of duties including surgery

consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat
