About the Role

Key Duties and Responsibilities 1) Clinical responsibilities -Provide comprehensive primary medical care to registered

patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing and referral as appropriate. - Undertake a mix of

face-to-face, telephone and online consultations in line with the agreed job plan. - Provide home visits when clinically

appropriate and in line with our duty/visiting model. Sameday home visits are carried out by our urgent care team at the

care centre, using our registrars and physician assistants (PA). Routine home visits are also managed by our PA team. GP

home visits, while never completely avoidable, are rare. Applicants can expect around 34 visits per year, although there
