About the Role

Clinical Responsibilities Provide general medical services to the practice population in accordance with current best

practice and GMC Good Medical Practice guidelines. Conduct consultations, home visits (when necessary), and

telephone/video consultations as required. Provide appropriate diagnosis, investigation, treatment, and referral in line

with clinical policies and NICE guidance. Manage acute and chronic illnesses, promoting continuity of care and

patient-centred decision-making. Provide clinical advice, support, and mentorship to the wider clinical and

administrative team as required. Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely medical records using System One.
